Refund Policy.

Roasted Coffee

Our goal is to provide you with delicious coffee and tea that is just right for you. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us at 1 840-200-9656 or  info@MountainDogCoffeeFarm.com within 30 days of the date you received your order to initiate a return, refund or exchange. Please have your original packaging available when you call.

We’ll gladly help find and send you another coffee you’ll love (of the same value or less) or refund the cost of the coffee you received. Refunds will be applied to the payment method used when you made your purchase.

Unroasted (Green) Coffees

Refunds are not available for unroasted (green) coffee purchases.

Gift Cards and Gift Subscriptions

Refunds are not available for gift cards or gift subscriptions.
