Shipping and Processing Times

Please allow 2-3 days for processing orders.

We do not ship on the following Holidays: New Years Eve and Day, Martin Luther King Jr Day, Presidents day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day (4th of July), Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day and day after, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

Damaged Shipments

Before you sign for any package, carefully inspect the package and its contents for damage. In the event of a problem, refer to the instructions listed on the packing slip. List any damage on the carrier's receipt and follow the carrier's instructions. Report any damage to us by writing or calling us immediately. Save the shipping box and packing material! Be sure to have your Packing List with the order number on hand when you call or include this number when you write. Also include details about the damage. Together, we will work out the details on a reshipment of your order.

Incorrect Shipments

If there has been an error in your shipment, please email us or call for complete instructions. Please package returned items securely.

Tracking Your Order

If you need to track your order, we'll be glad to help. If you know your order number and customer number, you can go to the  My Orders  page, and enter the information. If you still can't find your shipment, contact us
